We've set our sights high in terms of what we want to achieve. One of the wonderful aspects of racing is that it allows us all to dream about the most amazing possibiliites. We firmly belieave all these dreams can come true if we have the courage to puruse them and work hard to make them happen.

PROVIDE OWNERS WITH A FINANCIAL RETURN AND LOTS OF FUN

We see ourselves as being in an entertainment business providing horse owners with success, fun and excitement. We love to get the owners involved in the life of their horses, encouraging them to visit the stables, while providing them with regular updates via email and also videos of their horses at work and play. Of course the overall goal is to achieve wins on the raceourse but it needs to be fun along the way for the owners and their families.

HAPPY HORSES ARE MORE SUCCESSFUL

The welfare and mental well being our of horses is of paramount importance to us. My Dad, who was the most amazing horseman having worked with horses for 60 years, instilled in me at an early age that keeping the horses happy and enoying what they are doing is the key to success with them. I'm delighted to say that visitors to our stables regularly comment on how happy and contented our horses are. Getting into the horses heads and understanding what works for them is undoubtedly much more important than just getting them fit.

ENSURE FACILITIES ARE OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD

I'm very happy that our facilities are of the highest standard. Our yard is located right in the heart of the world famous Curragh Training Grounds, widely recognised as one of the very best training locations in the world. We ensure our stables have the highest levels of hygiene and comfort for the horses, and we also have a range of paddocks to turn them out in during the day. The equine pool and spa next door is a great resource and we are also lucky to have the services of the very best vets and farriers.

HARD WORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL ARE OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE

I live at the stables myself because I believe that the training and care of horses requires a 24 x 7 commitment. We work extremely hard but it's a labour of passion. Attention to detail is central to our approach. Quite frankly, if someone doesn't have that mentality they will have no place in our team because I firmly believe it is the single most important factor in achieving our future successes.
