Our three boys doing us proud in the race to the line

Fantastic result for our team today with our 3 runners in the Irish EBF Auction Series 2yo Maiden at Bellewstown finishing 1st, 2nd and 4th (the latter only beaten a short head for 3rd).

Buddy Batt led them home under another great ride by talented apprentice Dean Curran. Inside the final furlong they passed stablemate Janzoor who put up an excellent effort in 2nd. Sovereign City finished to great effect, from an impossible position turning into the straight, to miss out on 3rd by only the narrowest of margins.

It was a great days work by all the team - humans and horses! Many thanks to all.

In addition to the generous prizemoney, Buddy Batt also won a €10,000 ITM sales voucher that we will undoubtedly use at the upcoming yearling sales. We bought Buddy Batt for €7,000 as a yearling at Goffs last year, so we might get 2 good ones for the €10,000😄
